Mexican Spice Blend

I love this spice blend as a great alternative to taco seasoning in the packet. This blend packs all the wonderful spices you’ll need to create excellent Mexican dishes without the all the salt. Use this on literally anything you can imagine.. I love it in taco meat, in Spanish rice, as a rub for chicken, beef or pork, or on nacho chips for a spicy tweak to my chips and queso.

  • 2 TBSP – Paprika

  • 2 TBSP – Chili Powder

  • 1 1/2 TSP – Onion Powder

  • 1 1/2 TSP – Garlic Powder

  • 1 1/2 TSP – Cumin

  • 1 1/2 TSP – Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/4 TSP – Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients with a whisk.
