1/4 CUP Sour Cream
1/4 CUP Milk
1 TBSP Chives (chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the milk with a whisk.
- Whisk in the milk slowly.
- Add lemon and whisk until blended.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 min before serving.
