Ever wish you could quickly have some fresh-ass salsa just like Mexico? Here’s a super quick recipe for some truly tasty salsa that will blow away what you can buy at the grocery store. This is a crowd pleaser on Taco Tuesday and very good at breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can San Marzano tomatoes

  • 4-6 Large Ripe Roma tomatoes

  • 1 Red Onion quartered

  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions

  • 4-6 Garlic cloves peeled

  • 2 Jalapeños – stemmed, seeded and halved

  • A handful of Cilantro

  • 2 Limes juiced

  • 1 TSP Ground cumin

  • 1 TSP Black Pepper

  • 1 TSP Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your food processor.
  • Run that sucker until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixed.
  • Pour contents of into Mason Jars.
  • Either cold can for prolonged shelf-life or refrigerate and it’s good for a couple weeks.
