Brisket Burnt Ends

There’s no better way to utilize leftover brisket than some tasty burnt ends. Ideally, you’d use the point of the brisket to make these, but you can use the flat too. It’s a simple dish that really only takes time and minimal effort.

You’ll simply cube the brisket, cover it with some of the rub that you originally smoked it with, add some pads of butter, smother it in BBQ sauce, and chuck it on the smoker.

The end result is tender, tasty chunks of delicious, smoky beef!
