Ingredients
1 Can San Marzano tomatoes
4-6 Large Ripe Roma tomatoes
1 Red Onion quartered
1 Bunch Spring Onions
4-6 Garlic cloves peeled
2 Jalapeños – stemmed, seeded and halved
A handful of Cilantro
2 Limes juiced
1 TSP Ground cumin
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your food processor.
- Run that sucker until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixed.
- Pour contents of into Mason Jars.
- Either cold can for prolonged shelf-life or refrigerate and it’s good for a couple weeks.
